Dragon Tower

£156.00

Deep in the heart of Dew Drop Forest lived a gentle dragon. Unlike other dragons that hoarded gold he loved to forage in the undergrowth for nature’s treasures. He adored the forest, the way the sunlight danced through the leaves and how mushrooms popped up like tiny umbrellas after a storm.

One day, while exploring a hidden glade, he discovered a shimmering seed nestled in a bed of moss. It pulsed with a soft green light and hummed with ancient magic. Trusting his instincts, he carefully planted the seed at the foot of his favourite tree.

Overnight, the forest stirred.

By morning, a cottage had grown! Entwined in leafy vines it even had a cosy dragon sized nest on the roof!

Around the cottage, toadstools clustered like little guardians, and trees leaned in protectively, whispering secrets through the leaves. He finally had a home that felt like part of the forest itself, safe to the end of his days.

Dragon Tower is part of my dew Drop Village range. This is quite a large piece which has been sculpted from air drying clay and hand painted. I did use a mould for the actual dragons.

The base is sturdy MDF covered in clay which has been sculpted into a moat with rocks and a drawbridge. The water in the moat is glossy to add to the effect.

The tower itself is faux stone with a dragon scale roof painted in purple and teal. The stonework is light grey with green and teal mossy highlights.

The dragon is wrapped around the roof, in shades of cream and burnt orange with deep purple/teal highlights.

Both the dragon and roof are painted in metallic colours.

On the side is a dragon head water spout with a realistic faux water stream poring into the moat.

The piece is finished with matching mushrooms, flowers and foliage.

A one of a kind creation for a fantasy lover.

Size: base diameter 17.5cm height 22cm (7” x 8.75” aprox)
